- The registration fee covers the entrance for all sessions, Accommodation in double room (2 people in one room) for 4 night (Ultra All Inclusive hotel), coffee breaks, conference materials, Congress Bag (abstract book, note book etc).
- If someone prefers a single room extra € 25 (per night) will be charged.
- If someone prefers NOT to accommodate at the hotel throughout the conference € 25 per night discount will be applied
- If someone prefers to stay more than 4 night € 75 per night per person for double room will be charged
